The Peacock Junior Suite
Experience the romance of waking up in a chateau in the South of France when you stay in the charming Peacock Junior Suite. Located on the eastern side of the chateau, the sun streams into the Peacock Suite in the mornings. The Peacock Suite has views over the village square and the pan tiled roofs of the village houses typical of traditional villages in this part of the South of France.
The Peacock Suite is a spacious 35m2 and has just been refurbished. We have preserved the historic features of the room – such as the ornate ceiling and the hexagonal terracotta floor tiles found in this part of France (called “tomettes”). However, we have also upgraded the room with modern comforts, like air conditioning. The Peacock Suite has been furnished with traditional pieces, typical of a chateau in the south of France. Its feature wallpaper with peacock design adds a more modern twist to the decor. Bed linen on the Kingsize bed (160cm x 200cm) is crisp white cotton.
The Peacock Suite has an enormous, luxurious en suite bathroom with w.c, walk in shower and white porcelain double sink unit. The illuminated mirror and specially softened water adds to the luxury bathroom experience. Fluffy white towels, bathrobes and high quality complementary toiletries complete the luxurious feel.
