The Grand Balcony Suite
The Grand Balcony Suite has all the features you’d imagine when dreaming about chateau holidays in France. It comprises an elegant bedroom and private sitting room and a huge en suite bathroom with w.c and both a walk in shower and a freestanding bath. In total, the Grand Balcony Suite provides 72m2 of self-contained accommodation. The sitting room leads out onto your own private balcony overlooking the ornamental gardens. South facing, both the balcony and the suite are drenched in sunlight for most of the day. It’s a wonderfully private relaxing space to sunbathe or relax with a book. But sometimes we just sit on the balcony in the afternoon and listen to the restful sound of the fountain in the gardens below.
Enter the Grand Balcony Suite through its huge double doors to discover a suite of rooms combining the best of traditional French decor and furnishings, but equipped with modern comforts. The rooms have been elegantly styled in golds and greens and the suite has plenty of chateau style features – from its traditional clay floor tiles to the original decorative marble fireplace. The spacious bedroom has a Super Kingsize bed with luxury mattress and bed linen. There is also a large screen TV and coffee making facilities. Like the other suites in the chateau, the Grand Balcony is air conditioned and the bathroom has softened water.
The en suite bathroom is a particular feature of this suite. It is absolutely huge and even has its own feature fireplace and artworks. Its serene colour scheme with ornate contrasting tiles makes it a wonderfully restful place to luxuriate in the free standing bath. If showers are more your thing, it is also fitted with a walk in shower with a rain showerhead. There is a w.c, white porcelain double sink unit, illuminated mirror, and of course, white towels, bathrobes and complementary toiletries.
