The Grand Garden View Suite
How would you like to wake up to the first day of your chateau holiday in France in a sumptuous bedroom suite in a historic chateau in the sunny South of France? The Grand Garden View Suite is one of the six refurbished bedroom suites in the Château de Névian in the Languedoc. It comprises a bedroom, a sunny sitting room it shares with the Da Vinci Suite and a luxury en suite bathroom. The suite faces south with floor to ceiling windows giving views over the ornamental gardens and fountain to the front of the chateau and the countryside beyond.
You enter the Grand Garden View Suite through a set of high wooden double doors. They open onto to the elegant salon with its traditional furniture, original fireplace and historic objets d’art. Sun floods into the salon through the full height windows behind a Juliette balcony overlooking the garden. Turn to your left and you are taken into a luxurious bedroom suite decorated in gold and grey. The Super Kingsize bed is made up with soft white cotton sheets and bed linen. It has its own sunny sitting area in front of the huge windows facing south.
The newly refurbished bathroom has a w.c, porcelain sink unit and a bath with shower. Like the other bathrooms in the chateau it has softened water. The bathroom faces east so you can start the day with a morning soak in this sunlit room.
